Charter Specialist
Daisy Ortiz Lenit brings over ten years of yacht charter experience to BMYS, plus a strong background in investment banking. Born in Hartford, Connecticut, she grew up working in her family’s business. Daisy moved to Fort Lauderdale, after living in the Caribbean for several years, and began her yachting career in 1992 as a staff accountant for the Allied Marine Group while racing with a local sailing club on weekends.
Daisy learned the Yacht Charter business as an assistant to the Charter Manager at Bounty International. She later worked as Charter Fleet Manager for International Yacht Collection and then Camper & Nicholson’s Fort Lauderdale office. Daisy’s reputation and experience are well-known in the international yachting community, where she has a vast network of contacts in all areas of the business.
