Accommodations

This is a new trideck four-stateroom Motoryacht with new boat warranties from a builder in business for 40 years. After 1400 yachts built under different names sold in the US, this is the Queen of the current President fleet. The owner's stateroom is on the bridge deck for panoramic views.

Main Salon
The main salon has large windows which add to the sense of space available in a yacht with a 23'8' beam. With full walk around covered side decks, the windows are shaded from the sun. The rich wood trim in the window frames, cabinets and overhead area are satin finish teak for a modernized version of a classic interior. Entering through large glass and stainless doors from the back deck, visitors come into a seating area for entertaining and television watching which is seen on a large hidden pop up flat screen. Forward to starboard is a bar with four stools which is sure to be a gathering place with friends and family. Forward to port is a dining area with ample storage cabinets accented in ebony wood.

Galley
The galley is a full-sized country kitchen with GE Monogram appliances including a stainless side by side refrigerator freezer. Plentiful counter space makes this an efficient area for meal preparation. The forward area of the galley has a breakfast bar with three stools with a wine cooler underneath. Forward are two separate side by side tables surrounded by plush seating. By having two tables instead of one, guests can easily get in and out of the seating area.

Staterooms
The lower deck on this model has three staterooms. The master is located on the bridge deck and was designed so it could be used as a sky lounge or as the master stateroom.

Access to two of the staterooms is from a staircase in the main salon, leading into a foyer with marble floors and to the two staterooms, both with double door entrances. Aft is a full beam VIP that could be used as a master if desired, the choice is available to the new owner. This VIP has a large head with reclining Jacuzzi tub and a separate stall shower. Along with a large LCD TV, there are cabinets for storage everywhere and two cedar lined closets one of which is a walk in closet. A nice couch adds versatility and the portholes are oversized.

Forward is a stateroom with two double beds with ensuite head. The entire stateroom design was thought out with versatility being a prime consideration.

Another staircase leads from the country kitchen forward to another stateroom forward with a centerline queen berth and ensuite head and stall shower. With its own staircase, the guests here have added privacy.

Bridge Deck
The bridge deck has the owner's stateroom with large windows and a private sundeck area.
The design thinking was to allow the owner to have views of the water or harbor rather than the underside of a dock. Forward of the stateroom is the pilothouse with a bench seat and table. Oak flooring with a touch of teak brightens the area. Full electronics are based on a Furuno system.
